In April 2008, USC student body Vice President Ryan Holt came back from a student government trip to D.C. to find his office completely filled with $80 worth of balloons. Seemingly an innocent prank, Holt had a total meltdown...which was awesomely caught on camera. Dubbed "Raging Ryan," the video blew up on the Internet and has garnered half of a million views on YouTube alone.
