Tony Hawk's Twitter Treasure Hunt

I've been following Tony Hawk on Twitter for a while now and I've definitely taken notice of his skateboard treasure hunts. Pretty similar to what Shaq was doing with giving away free tickets to Suns games by Tweeting his location.

Twouble with Twitter

I have a love/hate relationship with Twitter. I think it's pretty awesome to see real time updates of Lance Armstrong's broken collar bone or to find Shaq in your city and win free tickets to a Suns game. I also think it's pretty annoying and sometimes creepy how some people have let Twitter take over their lives. For now, I will participate in a half-assed manner and only time will tell if Twitter can make a true believer out of me.

This alone gives you a reason to watch the CBI. In the second half of Wyoming’s opening round loss to Northeastern, Adam Waddell gets the ball in transition and takes it to the hole. Unfotunately, he hangs on to the rim a little too long and does a back flip.

Ok ok, I did it...after months of trying to save myself from its grasp I gave in and signed up for Twitter.

It makes me feel a little better to read this amazing story about two guys meeting The Big Shaq-tus in a diner by following his Tweets. I won't bother you trying to paraphrase the story anymore, just click the link.
