Numa Numa was first uploaded to NewGrounds.com on December 6th, 2004 and gained worldwide attention less than three months later. Numa Numa’s star, Gary Brolsma, filmed the video using his webcam at his house in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Gary Brolsma initially stayed out of the public eye, but in 2006, embraced his celebrity status and released a follow-up video entitled, “New Numa,” which was sponsored by a Minneapolis viral media company, Jaeter Corporation. In late 2007, he released his most recent video, “Numa Three: Crazy Loop,” where Gary dances to Dan Balan’s, “Crazy Loop.” [CollegeHumor]
